Delivery that is on time is a key part of our total quality commitment. Total customer satisfaction is not achieved until the job is delivered within a timely manner.

At Chhapai.in we believe that trust and confidence can be nullified by not delivering the product on time.

Just look for the delivery icons beside the item your interested in - that's  it's guaranteed turnaround. Approve your artwork by 3pm and your order  wil be available for collection 3,5,7 or 10 working days later.  For instance; a 3 day turnaround means approve Monday, collect Thursday.  5 working days: approve Monday, pick up the following Monday, and so on.
If you're supplying artwork on disk, please give us up to 24 hours to check it.

And if we fail? We keep our promises. You've told us it's important to you.  We agree. That's why every item in our range has a guaranteed turnaround.  If it's not ready for collection on time we'll give you a print credit to the full  value of your order.*

*We're sure if the truck flipped over on the desert road or the airports were  closed due to fog, you would understand.
